My husband & I joined Faster Freedom after seeing a YouTube video of Sam Primm online. We had a couple of investment properties but hit a wall when trying to scale because of our debt to income. Initially, it was a sacrifice to financially commit to another payment but the return on investment was FAR beyond what we could’ve ever imagined! Apart from the educational videos (which similar “programs” offer alacarte & we get automatically when we sign up) the true value for us has been the relationships we’ve built with fellow investors, connectors, etc through our weekly calls & one-on-one mentorship meetings. No one’s financial or family situation is one size fits all & this has elevated our decision making & expanded us to grow beyond what we ever could’ve on our own. Real estate is always changing & there’s no way one person can know it all. We have found security in knowing we have resources, relationships, education, & support throughout all stages of the journey so that when we have questions we can ask before making a decision that could make or break us. I will also say that this group is collaboration not corporate competition & dog eat dog mentality. These are real people, with values, compassion, expertise, empathy & heart. There truly is nothing like having a “phone a friend” coaching call with Keola to help us evaluate what steps to take to help our family achieve our goals without “chasing real estate” & keeping our focus on “people over properties over profit”. If you’re looking for a group who values YOU & the people you serve, you can stop looking. This by far has been the BEST decision we’ve made not only for our real estate but for our lives! Faster Freedom is FAMILY!
