Haven't been here in awhile because we are moving states and it's been a whirlwind but still benefiting from the knowledge and guidance! We were going to sell one of our current properties to buy a new one in Utah and W Keola Kapaku Boak talked me off the emotional scared ledge and encouraged us to dig deep and find another way. We ended up keeping both properties and still got a new one. We found great renters that pay $4700 for our house and the mortgage is $3250. A nice chunk of profit if ... See more
