Celebrating a win! We acquired this property from the MLS located in the historic district of St. Charles, MO. The owners rejected the first 3 offers but accepted ours. We were told we all submitted the same amount but we were able to close faster because of a cash offer. So lesson one, don't be afraid to make an offer. This is our 5th property but 3rd BRRRR. With each property we learn, grow, and problem solve. So lesson 2, mindset is very important. We made $4500 but have added to our rental portfolio and will benefit from real estate investing. So lesson 3, real estate is a journey and celebrate every win! Thanks to this community we're on our way to financial freedom! Special shout out to Dusty Sanders and W Keola Kapaku Boak for encouraging and supporting us! This is seriously one of the best communities! You both are the best! Lastly, thank you Sam!
