Top contributor 3h • ® Win Wednesday!!! I am under contract on my first property since joining the mentorship. Under contract for $181,200 and the ARV is $350k. It's about a 60k rehab with the septic taking decent chunk of that. This was an off market find that was referred to me by someone I met at a local meet up. I got this property by sticking to the process in the MAP, staying consistent, and partly because I have a long curly mullet that Sam Primm loves! LFG!!!!!!
