Top contributor 4h • i Hey FF Fam! I missed you all so much! Long story short | was in Facebook jail because someone reported a comment in an NFC East Trash Talk group. I called a pro Dallas post dumb and got thrown in the dungeon for a month but IM BACKKKKKK!! Within that time I got my first house under agreement in Pottstown, PA. It is a 4/1.5 for 160k with an ARV of 230-240k. I'm to do most of the work myselt and hoping to stretch 20k for rehab. It you keep scrolling through my pictures I had a speed bump in the process. I spent a weekend in the mountains and came home with an infection! Go figure! So I spent the last 48 hours in Paoli hospital receiving an aggressive round of antibiotics. My closing was supposed to be yesterday but god sent me a blessing. The seller was not ready to close so it was delayed a week until 11/10 so | have some extra time to heal this popeye forearm and get ready to rehab my first rental. I was knocked down but was helped up by positivity and manifesting a speedy recovery! TO THE MOON FAM! Who's with me? 9+
