Jean Altidor first gave me the idea to add the clause about extending the owner finance in case of an unfavorable market or interest rate, and that's part of the deal! Sam Primm thank you for creating this mentorship and community! I'll be leaning into it as I keep going. I'm about to be BUSY and I love it!
