I started here Nov 2021. Went through the modules, asked questions, got on the coaching calls etc. I've bought and flipped 8 houses in last 12 months with OPM!! I know there's a lot of rental education which is amazing and I plan to do that too, but you can apply all this education to what speaks to you in REI. Most important thing you can do is TAKE ACTION. Don't just talk about it...BE ABOUT IT! ACTION will accelerate your process and push you through the learning curve. Don't waste time on bullshit like websites and business cards. Get out there and talk to people, make a name for yourself, go to meet ups, connect and learn with people ahead of you. If you're looking for your 1st deal and you're scared or apprehensive or feel unlucky, that's just a limiting belief that you have to overcome. Stop doubting yourself and listening to negative thought patterns. Know that its possible because its already been done 1000s of times by tons of different people just like you. You can do it too. Just take the action to get your ass out there and get to work!
