Sharing a win. Well...3 wins. 1. Closing my 5th property tomorrow at 9a. 2. Have a 6th under contract today. 3. Had a private lender "call me" and offer to 100% finance me for purchase and rehab! The money is expensive but he also said he had "a couple million" I could work with! Ummmm we'll see what happens. *Side note about the lender: He's in my local REI and said he'd been watching my progress this year and was impressed with what l've done in my first year. So all the times this year I stood up in the meetings and talked about my journey in some way (whether looking for money, selling a house, asking questions etc) seems like it's paying off. Things are happening in the background even when we don't know it. All the relationship building and self development we do is a compound affect for down the road. It will happen if you keep at it with consistency. We may not be able to say when it will happen, but we can certainly take the action steps towards it becoming a reality. Don't think "if" think "when"...every journey is unique. Get after it people!
