Just dropped 4 rehabs on the market last Saturday. Got 1 under contract that should net about 25K and the other is looking like a break even (sucks) but we keep learning and moving ahead. Let's go you other 2 houses...daddy needs that coin back to keep rollin'. Hope the rest of everyone is cranking away! Don't hesitate to throw questions my way. Happy to answer best I can.  Thanks for sharing! We are in a similar boat
 but also learning so much! We are still in
 the rehab phase on our 4 but 2 should be
 done this month and deciding to sell or if
 we can hold them with minimal money in.
