New Siding, Shingles and Windows $ Purchase price 105,000 ) (Private Investor) $130k Investor gets $6500 at the end of the refi. XRehab 10-15k $ Rent $650x2 ARV ESE 252,000.00 Thanks Everybody for the help!! Can't wait to move on to my next deal and grow with this amazing group of people. A One more thing! This deal came from a simple post on my FB story. {Looking to buy rentals DM direct}. Seller contacted me that day. He just wanted out because he was moving.
