Closing for my first Texas (copperas cove, near Austin tx) rental (banana house) done today. We almost didn't close due to encroachment issues, but we got it cleared by me paying for a special survey...so | didn't lose my EMD. BUT it was a week of so much stress. Major thanks to W Keola Kapaku Boak for guiding me through this one !!! Would have been pretty lost otherwise. New Western threw in an extra 3k for me to pay for their first double closing and mine and I won't ever work with them again, BUT it's still a solid deal and I'll make it work. Heading to Texas tonight to meet with the contractor tomorrow. They start Monday and I'Il have a renter in there in a month(assuming there are no issues Here are the 50 pages I signed to get the house. I love this community. Let's GO!!!
