Hey everyone! After 3 months this is my first property. It's a 2/1 in Wyoming. Bought for 77k, put 23k in and refi'd at an ARV of 175k. Was able to pull 40k out. Going to get around $1500/mo. For rent. After expenses cash flowing $300/mo. I've have already purchased a second property and will send another post when finished. That one I'm converting a 2/1 into a 3/2 and should pull roughly 80k out. I'm excited and the system is working well. Looking for my next one. Good luck to everyone...
